1995 Volvo Penta 3.0 GS No Crank - 1995 Glastron

Hello,

I am unable to get my Vovlo Penta 3.0 to crank. I have followed the guidelines listed here:

I have tested terminal c on the relay with a test light and I got no light when someone is turning to the on position. I have also tested the ignition switch to be good. Battery is testing at 12.7 and the gauges are flickering when turned to accessories position. Trim, blower, pump, etc all working. So how do I test the neutral safety switch? I can see the two yellow/red cables going in. Do I just pull it out with needle nose pliers? I dont want to break it if its good.

Any help is appreciated.

I also think it should be noted that while taking the boat out for the first time this season last weekend..I was idling in the middle of the lake and I had an issue putting the boat in gear and in reverse. Pushing the throttle forward and back and nothing happened. I shut down the boat pushed on the lever a bit and it corrected it. Maybe the neutral button was stuck? Not sure..could this be and indication of the neutral switch going bad?

Also..where in the heck are these 8 amp fuses? Here is what it says in a manual I have .

Fuses, 8 A Fuses for the starter function and system voltage. To change fuses: Press the button and turn anticlockwise.
