Hi, I Ran The Engine Without Oil, Now I'm Not Able To Start It, When Do So It Is Noised And Look Like Is Not Burning Gas And Oil, I Don't See Any Smoke Coming Out, Eventually Turn Off, It Is A Cabuteror Trouble Or The Line Got Air And Isnot Mixing Gas With Oil, Does anybody knows The problem?

Maybye Im missing something, but you ran the motor without oil and you wonder if it is a carburettor problem when it now fails to start??

Yes i thought was water in gas, i kept runing like that, and when i got home took a look at the engine oil tank was empty, i filled out with oil i still can start it but has a noise and then stall, look like oil is not mixing with gas because i don't see any smoke coming out

You can/should try premixing a six gallon portable tank about 75-1 and run it AT IDLE ONLY on earmuffs in your driveway or better yet in the water. See if it even runs smoothly at all. What I would do is pull the cylinder heads off and see what kind of damage you did to the cylinders, pistons and rings. How long did it run without oil? I'm shocked it didn't seize the powerhead if you ran it longer than five minutes. You probably did some decent damage in there if it runs like crap or not at all. Why didn't your alarms go off when the oil tank by the flywheel was empty?

let pretend that the power head and cilinders, pistons etc were damaged, can i still rebuilt the engine, before do that , i will test it as you recommend, also review the spark plugs etc, any other sugestion? also the reason the reserve oil tank run out because the pump at the remote tank is not working, but i wonder why when i start it is not smoking look like is not burning the gas and oil

Re: 1995 Yamaha 130 2 Stroke ran out of oil

The Yamaha precision blend system injects oil into the intake manifold after the fuel and air emulsifies in the carburetor. The reason Yamaha does this is so that any change in throttle position immediately effects oil delivery to the cylinders. In a pre-mix fuel/oil set up or a VRO set up where oil is injected into the carburetors it takes a few seconds for the oil mixture to end up in the cylinders and over time can theoretically damage the cylinders. The oil pump on the engine operates in conjunction with the crankshaft via a small shaft. If that shaft breaks the oil pump cannot pump oil into the intake manifold.

You've got a few issues here of serious importance that need to be sorted out. First and foremost you absolutely have to know how much damage was done to the cylinders. A compression test will tell you as will taking the cylinder heads off and visually inspecting the cylinder walls, pistons and rings. If the engine needs to be repaired it'll cost a decent amount I'm sure.

Second is the oil pump. It absolutely has to work. The main tank above it feeds the pump via gravity but if the pump doesn't work it can't supply oil to the motor.

Third the remote tank motor needs to be fixed. That absolutely must work too or else you'll run the main tank dry.

probably going to have to replace/repair all 4 piston/cylinders, and repair your oiling system that caused your problem to start with.$$$$ Good luck!
