My 1996 70 hp starts and runs great and idles fine when first started. After I have been running all day, and I return to the ramp, the engine will not idle when I put it into neutral making it very difficult to make a smooth docking. I did rebuild the carps about a year ago. I know that I can not do any manual adjustments to the carbs.
