Need some help. I have an Evinrude CE15REDG. I got it from Craigslist. It runs fine, but there is no idle control on the steering handle. The plastic idle cover part is there, but not the mechanism inside it. I got it that way. So, I ordered the part from ********** ($18.) + shipping. Now, how to install the part? I have the cap that clips to the outside end. I'd like to NOT pay a mechanic $100 to do this, if I can manage it. Any thoughts?
