I blew a head gasket on my gamefisher 9.9.I took off the head and their was a small rubber type plug in the water jacket on the top cylinder ,is that suppose to be there ? It seem to me it would make the engine run hotter.Do I leave it alone or pull it out ? What is the proper torque on the head bolts ?Thank You John
