1996 johnson 200,tilt trim

my tilt and trim work but i shakes violently going in the down mode.

Is the fluid level correct? Just thinkin.

i checked all that,bled the system and removed and greased all the pivot points.after about an hour of runnin inthe gulf somtimes it stops doin it.

Swap the 2 relays around and see if it chatters going up.
If it does replace the relay or pop it open and run an iron over the solder lands, they can fail due to vibration.

Otherwise I'd say its hydraulics , not sure how, my manual is at work.
