The oil tank on the enginge has a float inside the tank when the tank gets low on oil the float lowers causing the low oil light sending unit to activate with a alternating beep. The float in my tank sunk it is causing the alarm to go off when the tank is full of oil. my 2 questions are:<br /><br />1. can I buy just the float without buying the whole tank? if so how the heck do you get the old float out and new one back in.<br /><br />2. if I buy a new tank does it come with the float inside it, I called my dealer and he said he did not no if the float comes with the tank and because it is a special order part he said I have to pay in advance and there is no return so I dont want to order the whole tank if the float is not with it.
