Purchased a 1996 Baha with a Volvo 5.0 Penta FL. Boat sat for a year .(from previous owner). Changed all fluids and Fuel/ Water separator. Tank didn't have much fuel in tank. At home would start turn of key and can get RPM up no problem.Filled tank with fuel. Took on water for first time and when hit 2700 RPM would backfire thru carb. Start again no problem and run fine below 2500 rpm. Can someone help me! Thank You
