1996 Wellcraft Eclipse Gear Issue

The boat idles fine, sometimes it won’t “GO” when I push the throttle forward. It either stays idling or REVS (like Rs on a car when you have it in neutral).
Some people say “cables” others say “wiring”

I would say your issue is in the throttle handle. There are 2 cables and the internal mechanism is not working correctly. Needs repaired or replaced
