1996 Zodiac Model 427 Maxie Projet

Hey guys/gals,

I'm new here so be easy on me and forgive any ignorance.

I'm kinda new to this type of boat. I just bought a 1996 14' rigid hull Maxie projet 115hp. I cant find a single thing on them anywhere. Does anyone know if these are any good, problems, tips, a recommended place for parts, where I can get an owners manual etc etc. I tried the seach, came up empty. Any info or insight would be incredibly helpful.

Hi Airsailor, I believe this boat has a Yamaha 2 stroke jet engine inside and parts should be readily available at any Yamaha dealer. As far as parts go for the boat itself, most should be available from Zodiac dealers although, finding little knick knack stuff may be hard to find. Have you been able to find a manual for it yet ?
