1997 130 TLRV Trim and Tilt

Ok my Son's Trim and tilt froze this winter and split the housing. It's a Showa Unit and supposibly a 64E-43800-00-4D the tricky part is the -00-, I can find many other numbers like -04-, -05-, but will they work?

It is a 2 wire unit.

was it full of water?
oil should not freeze and break the housing

Yes, water. The Motor Base broke and filled it with water.
