1997 150 hp OceanRunner wont lift trim

Just hooking up the boat for a trip away and lifting the motor to put it in a travelling position.
Motor did not lift up yet will lower.
Lifted by hand okay. All was working last time is used the boat. Do they have a fuse on up and another on down.
Just looking for ideas. I have to tow it 600 miles to a fishing spot but looks lick I may need to do some work first.
No broken wires observed yet!

Find the box on the mtr that has the trim relays in it and swap them and see what happens.

Just found the relay box. I will try a swap

Swapped the relays, no difference. tested the switches, and they are working with power going through the switch.
Does the motor for the pump reverse or does a valve change position to change up and down?

The current going to the t/t mtr changes. Pos to blue=up. Pos to green=down. This is done through the relays and reverses the rotation of the tilt mtr.
