1997 17.4 ft. Cobia fish box not draining ?

Help...fish box located in bow of boat not draining?
I'm not sure where it is supposed to drain to?
There is a hole with a smooth surface fitting surrounding it, and
the hole angles toward the bow of the boat. My bilge is dry
and the bilge pump work fine and will remove water if present.
This is a 1997 17.4 ft. Cobia CC. Tried blowing a light pressure
air hose in there, however no help...water still standing?

hi

If you have electric wire pulling tool you can use it. If its plastic will be good
or there is long spring they use it for washbasin to open the line if its blocked

I had that same boat with same problem, try running a snake thru it like mentioned above, leaves and stuff get buried up in there.
