If the price is extremely right you may just be onto something. However, as was earlier pointed out these motors do have some inherent problems least of which is no warranty. If the amount of money you save can offset the cost of repair for the duration of a warranty which another motor may carry then it could be a "good buy". All I can tell you is that when the OMC crisis happened it was enough for me that I dropped the line and now only sell Mercury products.
