1997 25HP carb adjustment

Hello,

Out of stupidity I removed the idle mixture screw from the carb of my 1997 25HP Mercury and then realized I forgot to check the no. of turns to set it at.

I'm not sure I got the carb cleaned properly and so I don't want to experiment with backing it in and out. I need to know the factory setting as a close starting point otherwise I may be adjusting it to a badly working carb.

Can someone out there take pity on this poor forgetful wretch and share the number of turns with me.

Service Manual P/N 90-826883 calls for 1.5 turns out.
