1997 4.3gi Fuel Pump relay issues (I think)

Hello,

I have a 1997 with a Volvo Penta that I has the serial numbers:
4.3GI PLKDCE
4110141663
3868620

I bought it non running and am trouble shooting some electrical gremlins. I could not get power to the fuel pumps and realized that the relay block is melted on it. When I put power to the fuel pumps straight from the battery the low pressure did not sound healthy. Could that have taken out the relays and relay block? Does anyone know where to get a new relay block? When I search the part number on the relay, it keeps pulling up power trim/tilt relay's. Does the boat have the wrong relays and could that have caused the issues? The part number on the relay is: 586147
