This motor use to start really easy. This spring it started to start hard and not idle good. I installed new plugs and fuel filter and had the carbs. rebuilt. It ran ok the first outing then was hard to start again. Especially after running to a fishing area then a 10-15 min. drift, then its hard to start again. Runs great at top end with no problems.
