1997 5.7 alarm goes off intermittently

The oil was just changed, level is fine, cruising temp is like 150, the “rear end” lube is full.
It comes on intermittently and when I slow down or stop it sometimes goes off. if I kill the engine it stops and the I restart it and it does not come on. Where is this located? 1997 celebrity 200 bow rider.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... I'm guessin' you have a carbed motor,....
If so, there are 3 switches for the alarm,.....
One in the drive oil bottle,....
One in the t-stat housin',....
'n one down back, port-side by the oil filter boss on the block,....

Unpluggin' each one will tell ya the bad one, as unplugged, the alarm will Not sound,....
