1997 5.7 GI will not start

Tried to start the boat today and could not get her to start. I can not hear the fuel pumps make any noise.

Where do I start to find the problem.....The boat was cranking but no fuel? Much appeciated.

Sorry 5.7 Volvo Penta GI with a SX drive

Check the lanyard switch, engine breaker and engine fuses first.
