1997 Bayliner 3.0 Mercruiser

Hey all-

On vacation and I'm going to be taking a look at my Dad's '97 Bayliner. The inline 4 Merc I/O (135 hp 3.0L, I think) is not idling. It will run if you give it some throttle, but it won't idle - don't know RPM's yet.

Fuel flow is supposedly good, and airflow is supposedly good. Any ideas as to what to look for? I'm too used to my "white boat anchor "

Ayuh,... I'd be thinkin' Carb Kit, 'n fuel filters....

Mine did that this year....I thought it was the fuel pump, so i changed it then still no idle. I had the carb rebuilt and she's perfect now.
