Welcome,thats not the way its done. You need to read the stickys at the top of the prop forum and get us as much info from the questions about your boat boat. We can tall you how your boat is doing.
Very generally a 190 hp 4.3 has a geart ratio of 1.81 at 4800 rpm a 21" prop would make "ABOUT" 47 mph.
The 210,220 hp uses a 1.62 gear ratio and at 4800 rpm a 21" prop would do "ABOUT" 53.
these can vary widely based on the condition of the boat,motor, prop and the typical load, design and weight of the boat.
