I have a 1996 century 1800 cc, they were made by yamaha, still not sure whats under the deck cuz i havnt gotten to it yet, but my floors are soft from a poorly fitted rod rack in the gunnel....The deck is molded up to the cap and I believe its foam filled for structure.....theres little to no access to the substructure without cutting the deck.
I bought it 5 years ago, and have used it like it is with no issues....so far
They ride very wet in a chop..
