1997 DT6 Suzuki (high speed only)

Good compression and fuel pressure from pump. I took carb apart and cleaned it with carb cleaner and blew it/jets out good, carb was pretty clean. It still will only run at high speed. when i lower the throttle it tries to stall and i choke it and raise theottle to keep it running and it will run at high rpms with choke off. But no low speed. Any suggestions? thanks

adjust the air/fuel mix screw, turn it inward to soft stop then outwards 1 & 1/2 full turns ....
