1997 Evinrude 115 Misfiring at Higher RPMs

I have 1997 Evinrude 115 (E115SLEUC). It has fresh, properly mixed fuel, carbs have all been cleaned, new spark plugs. It has an erratic idle and seems to be misfiring/stumbling at higher RPMs. Cold start selenoid is working properly. What are the chances of a bad ignition module or optic sensor? Any advice on how to test or rule out the temperature sensor? Or do you have any other thoughts?

Do a cylinder drop test on it and maybe that will tell you something.

Thanks, but it didn’t drop a cylinder. It’s very inconsistent, jumps around. Makes me think ignition, but I’m not completely sure how to pinpoint it.

is the cam roller touching the throttle cam in neutral? if it is, makes them really hard to start and runs like crap
