1997 Johnson 200 hp Oceanrunner

I'm looking at a 21 w/a that has a 1997 Johnson 200 hp Oceanrunner. Growing up Johnson was always used by seriouse fisherman but now they seem to have loss a little respect and most anglers say "go Yamaha" I'm aware that Johnsons are real gass hogs but my concers is reliabulity. I'm not a OB Mechanic and reliabulity and lifetime expectency is my number one issue. Has anyone owned one of these OB's<br /><br />Thank you<br />Stoked not

they have a good rap sheet. once everything checks out it should be a fine running motor
