I have 2 cycle oil leaking at the base of this engine after it is shut off, oil leaks then stops. Is there a seal that is bad what can cause the leak?

There is an oil recirculation hose that goes from bottom of engine to the top bearing area.---Possibly ruptured -----Look for it and replace it.-----That is my best guess from 1000 miles away.----I can not see / inspect the motor.

I got a manual and tighten the bolts down now I ran the engine for the first time on muffs after winterize. The number 2 cylinder plug is black, so I performed a compression test on the cylinders all 120 psi. The plugs have not been changed for 3 years they are NGK BP8H-N10, The cylinder all have good spark the number 2 plug is dry and black someone had used a heilcoil in that cylinder so I cannot switch plugs with another cylinder, could the plug be just bad tried cleaning it up and put it back in same thing cylinder missing
