I have a 1997 S250TXRV that has begun to idle roughly. The engine has about 500hrs on it. Compression runs between 119 to 115 on all cylinders. I have also noticed that once I shut it down and try to start it after 5 mins it cranks for awhile before it fires. It had never done this before. At initial startup after pumping the primer bulb it starts right up. I thought maybe I might be losing fuel pressure. The dealer thinks I need to replace all the fuel injectors at a cost of $1500. The rough idle continues to about 2000 rpm and then the engine feels as though it is missing for about the next 5 mins or so and then clears up at any throttle setting. Runs fine at higher speeds after the missing goes away. Return to idle and the problem with the miss starts again. There is no excessive smoke so I don't think it is loading up. At idle it sneezes which makes me think it might be low fuel pressure again. Any ideas?
