1997 Searay 190 Prop Question

I have a 1997 SEARAY 190 with a 5.7L EFI Engine alpha one drive. Currently running mfg suggested prop(Alum 3 bladed 21P propeller). My friend has a 4 bladed prop on his boat and keeps telling me I should go to a 4 bladded prop. Any suggestion? Comment? Is this a good thing to do? Whats the advantage and disadvantages.

Hole shot s the biggest advantage.
I have a 21P 3 blade prop on my 19' Searay and it does just fine for all around performance.
I have friends that insist I get a SS prop.
Don't need it, don't want it.
It's easy to spend someone else's money.
