Hi All,
I need some help! I have a Grady White with Twin 1997 Yamaha SWSII 225s. I purchased used.

Before the season both engines had full tune ups. Everything was running fine until last weekend.

1 engine "sneezes" and dies at idle speeds.

I have noticed that fuel is in the water from the problem engine. When I give it throttle (in neutral) more fuel slicks are seen in the water. It is not aggregious, but definitely some fuel.

I do NOT see any obvious spurts or leaks under the cowling, which lead me to believe that the engine was running "rich", and that fuel was coming out the exhaust due to non ignition.

But.. when i lift the engine and put it back down (only after it has been run, never cold), some more fuel slicks.

What do you all think? It seems from the NUMEROUS posts on this site, a fuel pump may be the issue. I have a service manual coming in the mail, but wanted to get some expert advice from you folks.

Also, in the interim of getting the manual, where are the pumps located on this engine?)

Thanks!
