oil bladder canit be plugged and how much oil in crank case?

Unless that is a 4 stroke (don't think so ) then it doesn't use oil in the crankcase. Not sure what an oil bladder is.

thanks then that is not for oil on the bottom of the engine.the rubber bladder that is................
