1997 Volvo Penta Trim problem

I have a 1997 Volvo Penta 4.3 litre and the trim does not go up or down. No noise at all. since it is in the down position, and winter is coming, I need to get the lower unit up to pull it out of the Lake for the winter.

Is there a manual release so I can raise the lower unit so I can pull it and fix what I think is a bad motor?
