Hi,
Can anyone tell me the difference between them please.
I'm thinking of buying a used 75 Pro.
The seller told me that the 75 Pro has more cubic inches and that the engine is much more powerfull than the regular 75.
Is this motor able to troll a whole day at low speed ( 2 knots ) without having problems with the sparks ?
I can't find any info about it on the net.

Thanks,

Borderliner.

The Pro series motors used the same block and almost everything else the same except the graphics and cowling. Lot of BS coming from this seller.
The four stroke might be a better choice for that type of all day trolling. The two stroke can do it, but you will have to change the plugs more often.

Thanks Ray,
A stupid question maybe, but what does the abbreviation BS means.
I live in Belgium/Europe and my English is not that good.
I found out that the engine is a '97.
You're right about choosing a 4-stroke but I own a '89 2-stroke Johnson at§ this moment and I trolled around with it for several years and have not had any problems at all with the sparks.
Does Pro stands for a certain Yamaha model or is it a modification from a seller ?

Thanks,

Borderliner.
