1998 9.9 Johnson lower unit oil

Does anyone know what type of lower unit oil I should put into a 98' 9.9 Johnson. does it need to be synthetic or would any lower unit oil be fine

Nothing special here. A good lower unit oil will do the trick. Don't forget to replace the plug seals.
