So a few months back I traded for this motor and I can not seem to get it running. I quit working for probably the whole month of June because I was getting no where. I started back at it again yesterday and it would run but only when I had it full throttle and pulling the cord. If I tried it in the neutral/start it would never turn over. If I held it wide open and pulled it would run for about 20 seconds to a minute and then die. I’ve been stumped I have replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, solenoid and a fuel filter.
