1998 90hp water leak around water jacket?

Motor running great, while winterizing, I had it running on the muffs, cowl off and I noticed water leaking around the square black thing between the cylinders, is this the water jacket? There are several bolts around the perimeter, and what looks like a gasket, this is the the area where the pee line comes out. I shut it down and checked the bolts, several were loose, a couple were very loose. Tightened them up and fired it up again. No more leaking. Should I worry about replacing the gasket? Or just keep an eye on it next year?

Probably would not hurt to replace the gasket but, if you stopped the leak you could be fine. Be very careful since those bolts frequently break and are very tough to replace
