1998 Force 50 hp prop guestion

I need a new prop for my 50 hp force. My question is the old prop is a mercury. It has 2 noobs that a locking washer locks down on. The aftermarket props I see online do not have these 2 noobs. What does a guy do to lock the prop nut down?

You use a stainless steel or bronze "Nylock" Locking nut.

It has a nylock nut on it. But it also has a tab washer that locks the nut to the prop. The prop has 2 noobs that lock the washer to the prop. If I get a prop without the 2 noobs will the lock nut by itself hold the prop?

Yes, as long as the nylon is not worn. Just be certain the nut is tight.
