After scuffing my #6 cylinder I had my mechanic send it off to be machined. Had several "no oil" alarms to find damage again to the #6 that I just spent
2k repairing. This time the cylinder was sleeved and once again I am getting a no oil alarm. Today I tested the VRO by hooking up a clear plastic tubbing to ensure that the VRO and cylinder were drawing oil, which they were. During this test, and while the engine was running (drawing oil) the no oil alarm once again went off. I have done the reading on pulling wires and pre-mixing but I am beginning to see a patern here. No oil - (even though there is oil) cylinder damage. What else could be causing this or what else should I be looking for?

Run 25 to 1 mix fuel and oil for break in, and until you are sure the pump is pumping, and the alarm is working correctly. Increase main jet size for the #6 until problem found.
verify timing.
Verify timing is correct, for that cylinder.
Check ignition system for double firing.
Check fuel pressure.
Check vacuum on fuel tank side of fuel pump.
inspect carbuator, float setting, correct jets, in correct place, all gaskets in place.
Thermostats.
Proped wrong, engine should turn close to 6000 rpms.

And a lot more.
