I have a 1998 25 HP Mariner that will not Idle. I have to choke it (just for a second or two) even hot to keep it running. The plugs are both wet which is a sign of flooding.. However, I can give it gas once it's running, and get where I'm going before it dies. Also, it has set for nearly a year before I had this problem... I flushed the gas with no effect. Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
