I have turned the emergency shutoff switch to run, I have primed the fuel system and choked the engine. the motor will fire for a little bit but then will only crank over without sputtering or anything. i pulled the plugs and the two top plugs are fuel fouled and the bottom third plug is dry but doesn't have a fired appearance. the firing tip is silver and shiny. Any suggestions?
