1998 V4 115 HP

This is a new motor for me and all I have read is that it is fuel injected. DO I mix the fuel with the gas or does it go in a reservoir? It is a two stroke, two cycle engine, right? Thanks for the help.

It is a 2-stroke. It is not fuel injected , but it has oil injection, ie it has 2 oil tanks. 1 in the boat and 1 smaller one on the motor which gets oil from the bigger tank. <br />If you don't have an owners manual , you can get one from your nearest yamaha dealer.

Actually I found out that the model that I have you have to mix the oil in the gas tank. Called the Yamaha head quarters and gave them the model and serial number of the motor. Called them because I could not find any oil tanks in the boat or on the motor.
