I have a fresh rebuild running on stand and I am not getting water out of the port side manifold ? I took the riser off to see if it was clogged but can't find anything? New thermostat installed. All the water just seems to flow thru the starboard side?

Thanks in advance for your help

It is a 1998 SX hope the pics will help.I also noticed that the hose on the back of the power steering cooler collapsed like it was drawing more water than supplied. I check the water supply and the pressure seemed fine.

Thanks,

G

Hose collapsed is a blockage

Back flush the system. Most likely debris in the PS cooler

The hose might not be have enough pressure??
Remember in a normal situation the motor can draw off the billions of gallons in the lake or river.
How old are the manifold/risers?
