1998 Yamaha 70 will hold trim or tilt one time and then next time you can watch the trim go down or from full tilt it will be down in minutes... But the next time it might hold full tilt overnight. Fluid is full with no visible leaks and manual tilt screw is tight. Sometimes, when you start to raise it from fully lowered position you can hear a pressured gurgling sound in the tilt ram but not every time. Would greatly appreciate any help.
