1999 115 ficht still stalls

hi guys I'm still having the stall issue when I put the engine back into idle from say from 1,200 rpms to idle . I checked all the sensors and all is well. today I really went over the engine and found two things.one the bottom starboard sparkplug does not have the heavy carbon as the other three plugs. these are new plugs. it was alittle "wet" and had some carbon on it but not much. I took it out and cleaned it and put it back in and started the engine and let it run for 5 minutes. took it back out and it had some carbon on the tip and was wet around the center electrodes. the other plugs were the same,heavy carbon. second is when I was running the engine I noticed on the port top head a very little bubbling of fuel around the top where the gasket is. I did a compression test again and all came back 120psi. not sure if any of this would cause my issues ,but figured I'd see what you guys thought ,thanks.

Have you had this motor on a laptop to see if you have any codes ??

I did the test the manual told me to do. it uses the check engine light flashing to give codes.it came back no codes stored. I have the software and cable coming from Canada so hope they work ,have heard they ether work or don't . I did a spark test on the lower starboard cylinder today and it has spark. the engine idles rough and has the stall issue but does run really well other wise . whats going on with it ?

Your plugs will get a little more abuse idling but they shouldn't be saturated. Have you physically tried looking into the spark plug holes with a flash light? See how much build up is in there? You might want to try the decarb method mentioned in the top sticky ensure your cylinders are clear and new plugs. Recheck for that build up after the decarb. It most likely wont resolve your issue but that's where I would start if my plugs kept coming up gunked up

drain the oiltank and put xd50 or xd100 in. run the engine under load and it should improve slowly.

Make sure you have the latest updated spark plugs and they are indexed also.....

I have them indexed and they are champion 7712. its what the manuel says to use in unpinned heads.

ok so I got the software.it does not have any codes listed.it does say at top of diagnostic page "check cps synic" that is with engine not running.when I start the engine the "check cps synic "goes away and "oil pressure" shows up. no codes are thrown and check engine does not come up. I took a snap shot of the diagnostic page but I cant seem to copy it to put it on here. I have plenty of oil going to engine and back to vro. when I shut engine off the oil pressure reads good and "check cps" comes back. not sure what this means??

also I noticed that I have a running temp of 140 or so on my port side and 0 is showing on starboard side? not sure if that is normal or not.
