I have a 1999 Evinrude 115 hp outboard that had a "kicking out" starter issue that this board helped me fix a couple of days ago... Unfortunately, I still can't get the boar started I think due to fuel starvation. This winter a muskrat chewed through the fuel line, and I replaced it... The motor isn't getting any fuel. I changed the plugs and squirted a little fuel in the cylinders and it starts for a second, then just turns over with no firing. I have checked all the fuses and everthing is fine. Could a relay go bad and the fuel pump or injectors aren't working? Does anyone have a schematic of the relays location and what they control? Alos, what is the valve on the fuel line leading from the fuel pump to the injectors? Any thoughts or ideas?
