I have this engine on a new to me boat. Ever since I bought the boat it has idled rough but fine after 1200 rpms. About a week ago it cut off in the river and there was no fuel in the bulb. Pump it up and ran no problem since. It cut off today and no fuel in bulb. About to have a thunderstorm so I pumped the bulb while she drove and hauled ass in. What do y'all think this could be?

I would start by inspecting the fuel line from the tank and bulb,..

Ethanol gas eats up the older rubber fuel line from the inside out.
