I'm looking to buy this 15hp from a guy I know, he has had it sitting up for the last year and didn't run it much before that. I've run it 3 times, the first after about 5 minutes it started to hicup. If you backed it off alittle it would stop. Durring the next two times out it has gotten worse, you can run at maybe 3/4 after that it begins haveing problems. I've washed the carb out and replaced the full filter.<br /><br />Thanks for any help
