Anybody Who Can Help
My Outboard Starts Fine And All But When Put Under Load It Will Run For 3 Seconds Outof The Hole And Then Gradually Slows Down Until It Shuts Off It Has No Problem Starting Up Again , Also I Have Changed All Filters And It Is Still Doing The Same Can Anybody Help, Also Fuel Pressure Is At Spec I Am Wondering If There Could Be Water In The Vapor System
