I am talking with my cousin and telling him I would like to find a nice 9.9 electric start with controls and he says he has one. My wife warns me to be careful because this guy always seems to come out on top when we deal together. Well she was right again for the 10 th time. He says he has $850 in it and I should come see if it is what I want. Long story short. I bring it home and start undressing it and first thing I notice serial and model mo's have been shaved off, this only means 1 thing to me. Well I do know there is a second form of id on the motor but when I run the no it dont show up , so now what.
