1999 9.9 4 stroke, looking for help with wiring

I have an Evinrude 1999 9.9 4 stroke (Mdl# E10R4EEB) that I recently purchased for a boat that I restored. I am ready to hook up the motor and am looking for some help. The motor is an electric start and is wired with the remote. There are a ton of connectors that I have no idea what they do or where they go. The manual that came with the motor is no help. Some are obvious to figure out, and some I have no clue. I guess I am looking for a schematic that tells me what each connector is for. Any thoughts? Anyone familiar with this motor and have any thoughts about it. Its going on a 16' aluminum side console.

To ways to solve the problem:
1: Use the original BPR/OMC remote and extension cable for 'System Check', and it is just to match connectors and colors.
2: If using your 'own' extension cable, here is a rough guide to color codes:
