1999 9.9 4stroke evinrude

Im looking at buying a 99 evinrude -pull start no trim/tilt- model long shaft 9.9 4stroke.

Are there any known problems with this year and style

Also wondering how much it will be to add trim

I had a '97 Johnny 9.9 4 stroke. I think they would be similar. Doubt if PT&T was available.

Good engine, but I sold it before I would have needed any parts.
